How ready is your organisation for UU PDP?

Answer a short, structured questionnaire mapped to Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 27/2022). Get an instant readiness score across nine privacy domains and a prioritised gap report.

Why this matters

UU PDP has been enforceable since October 2024

Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, Law 27 of 2022) reached the end of its two-year transition period on 17 October 2024. Organisations that process the personal data of people in Indonesia are now expected to comply, with administrative fines of up to 2 percent of annual revenue for failures.

This self-assessment maps your current practices to the nine privacy domains regulators and advisers use to judge readiness. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a substitute for legal advice, and some details will firm up once the implementing regulations are signed.
